United Health Group
When health insurance provider United Health Group launched the national campaign “Something Greater”, it was imperative to team members that this concept penetrate horizontally and vertically throughout UHG corporate culture.
Mosaic was asked to become part of the team to assist in the development of employee recruitment assets and delivery methods.
Mosaic developed a “REAL-TIME” job search expandable banner that allowed the user to search for specific jobs titles, as well as by city or state. Corresponding available positions would then be displayed within the ad with links to the available position’s details on the UHG Recruitment website.

Additionally, Mosaic produced a series of expandable video banners. The purpose of these ads was to showcase the UHG culture and diversity of workforce, as well as opportunities.
